Monterey Bay delivered an incredible day of whale watching with sightings of humpback whales and the CA39A killer whale pod! Guests enjoyed fantastic looks at humpback whales throughout the bay before encountering the CA39As, providing an exciting opportunity to see both humpback whales and killer whales on the same Monterey whale watching trip.

Killer whale sightings are always a highlight on Monterey Bay, and seeing the CA39A orca pod made this an especially memorable day on the water. Combined with our humpback whale sightings, it was another great example of the incredible diversity of marine wildlife found in Monterey Bay.
